Our Social Care Pro portal is a tool which we have developed for our clients and contractors to enable them to work with us in a modern and efficient manner. Clients are able to speak to the office as per usual, however they are now able to log into the portal and submit assignments. Clients will then be alerted via email once a contractor has been assigned to that particular assignment. Contractors are now able to log onto the portal and submit reports, which are now automatically emailed to the client. This function will keep social workers completely up to date with their cases and will also provide them with a database which they can access for reports at any time. |
